Marc Petit, vice-president of Epic’s Unreal Engine Ecosystem, stated that Hadean’s computing power would provide the infrastructure needed to create a scalable universe. “The technology of the company complements Epic’s Unreal Engine, enabling large numbers concurrent users and unlocking new tools and resources for creators and designers.”

Unreal Engine can be used to create photorealistic 3D models for film, gaming, simulations, and many other purposes. This engine powers the popular video game Fortnite. It has over 80 million active users per month and 3 million online users at any one time, according to GamesRadar.

According to the company, Hadean also signed deals with other video game giants like Sony and the company behind Minecraft.
